Three programs.
One assessment.
Supporting your return to balanced health.
Pick what you came for. A board-certified physician reads your history himself and prescribes when it’s appropriate for you.
Arizona residents 18 and over. Prescription required.
One invoice. Nothing hidden.
There is no membership and no monthly fee, and being reviewed costs nothing. If Dr. Smith needs labs first, you pay for those before we order them, at our negotiated Sonora Quest rate. Once you are approved, you get an invoice for your product. You always see the number before you pay.
Every product price is published on its page, and GLP-1 pricing never rises as your dose steps up. What varies is whether you need labs. If you do, they are quoted and paid for separately, before your product is approved.
Board-certified in family medicine and licensed in Arizona, and clinically trained in peptide therapy. Every assessment here is read and decided by him personally, not by an algorithm, and not by a rubber stamp.
What we'll tell you before you pay.
GLP-1 medications and peptides are tools, not miracles. They carry real side effects, including nausea, appetite changes, and injection-site reactions, and they are not appropriate for everyone.
If Dr. Smith decides treatment isn't right for you, you aren't charged.
Ready when you are.
Ten minutes of questions, no card, no sales call. You'll hear back from our care team in 24 to 72 hours either way.
Start your assessmentGLP-1 medications
Weekly injections that quiet appetite and food noise. You request one at the end of the assessment, and Dr. Smith prescribes it if it's appropriate for you.
Pickup or $10 shippingPrices are per vial. How long a vial lasts depends on your dose. Prices do not change as your dose steps up. Labs, when required, are paid for separately, before your product is approved.
We accept HSA cards. Check with your plan about what it covers.

Recovery, sleep, and energy for bodies that take a beating. Peptides aren't approved for every use, and we'll tell you where the evidence is thin.

Prices are per vial unless a supply is listed. How long a vial lasts depends on your dose, and your dose may change. The price never does.

Prescribed only if Dr. Smith determines it’s appropriate for you. Your dosing instructions come with your kit. No outcome is promised.
Start your assessmentDr. Smith starts conservatively and adjusts as you tolerate it. Your exact dosing instructions come with your kit.
Several peptides here aren't FDA-approved for the uses patients commonly seek them for, and NAD+ evidence for energy or aging is still early. We'll tell you plainly where it's thin.
From assessment to first dose.
Ten minutes on your phone, labs where they're needed, a provider's decision, then pickup or delivery.
Ten minutes of health history, current medications, and what you've already tried. At the end you tell us which treatment you're requesting.
A licensed Arizona provider reviews your history and prescribes when it’s appropriate for you. You’ll receive an approval notice, or he may ask for lab work or a quick video call first. Hormone therapy requires labs and a required telehealth consult with Dr. Smith before prescribing; labs drawn in the last 90 days count. GLP-1s and peptides may or may not need labs first.
If labs are needed, you pay for those before they are ordered. If approved, you then receive an invoice for your product. No membership, no review fee, no charge before this point.
Your product is ordered once the invoice is paid.
Pick up in Gilbert, or have it shipped for a flat $10. You choose at the end of your assessment. Hormone prescriptions ship to your home.
Adults 18 and over living in Arizona. Treatment is decided by a provider based on your health history.
If labs are needed, you pay for those first. After approval, you receive an invoice for your product, with your exact number quoted before you pay.
Hormone therapy for men and women.
Fatigue, sleep, mood, libido, recovery, body composition. Hormones are individualized, which means labs first, then a prescription written for your numbers, not a catalog item.
Testosterone optimization and the supporting medications that go with it, dosed to your labs and reviewed as your numbers move.
Perimenopause and menopause support, with estradiol, progesterone, and low-dose testosterone where appropriate, written individually.
Labs first. Then a plan written for you.
