Getting the most from your peptide or hormone protocol

Your refill request is in. Dr. Smith reviews it within 24–48 hours — once approved, you'll get an invoice by email, we'll order your product upon payment receival, and pickup can typically be scheduled within 7–10 days. In the meantime, a few habits help these protocols do their job.

Consistent timing

Injecting or dosing around the same time each day (or the same day each week) keeps blood levels steady — that steadiness is often what people notice most.

Store it right

Most reconstituted peptides and NAD+ belong in the refrigerator, away from light. Heat and sunlight break the peptide down faster than you'd expect.

Hydrate and rest

Recovery peptides and hormone therapy both do their best work alongside good sleep and steady hydration — the protocol supports your body's own repair, it doesn't replace it.

Rotate injection sites

Rotating between a few sites (abdomen, thigh, upper arm) reduces irritation and helps you notice a real reaction if one develops.

Track what changes

A quick note on energy, sleep, mood, or recovery each week gives your provider real information to adjust your dose — better than trying to recall it later.

Stick to your dose

Don't adjust the amount or frequency on your own, even if a dose feels like it isn't doing much yet. Bring it up on your next refill and let Dr. Smith make the call.

Results vary by product and person, and evidence for some peptides is still early. If something feels off or isn't working the way you'd hoped, mention it on your next refill request and Dr. Smith will factor it into your plan.
