Two programs.
One assessment.
Pick what you came for. A board-certified physician reads your history himself and prescribes when it’s appropriate for you.
Arizona residents 18 and over. Prescription required.
One invoice. Nothing hidden.
There is no membership and no monthly fee, and being reviewed costs nothing. If your provider prescribes, you get a single invoice covering your product and any labs it required — lab pricing at our negotiated Sonora Quest rate. You pay once, and only after you know the number.
Every product price is published on its page, and GLP-1 pricing never rises as your dose steps up. What varies is which labs you may need, so your exact total is confirmed on your invoice before you pay.
Board-certified in family medicine and licensed in Arizona, and clinically trained in peptide therapy. Every assessment here is read and decided by him personally — not by an algorithm, and not by a rubber stamp.
What we'll tell you before you pay.
GLP-1 medications and peptides are tools, not miracles. They carry real side effects — nausea, appetite changes, injection-site reactions — and they are not appropriate for everyone.
If Dr. Smith decides treatment isn't right for you, you aren't charged.
Ready when you are.
Ten minutes of questions, no card, no sales call. You'll hear back from our care team in 24 to 72 hours either way.
Start your assessmentGLP-1 medications
Weekly injections that quiet appetite and food noise. You request one at the end of the assessment, and Dr. Smith prescribes it if it's appropriate for you.
Ships to you or pickup in Gilbert — varies by productA weekly GLP-1 injection. Most people start here. Doses step up slowly to keep side effects manageable — the price is the same at every dose level.
Ships to youA weekly dual-action injection. Often considered when semaglutide stalls or isn't tolerated. Flat pricing across all six dose levels.
Ships to youA newer triple-action peptide. Availability and appropriateness are decided case by case. Flat pricing across every dose level.
Pickup in GilbertPrices are per vial. How long a vial lasts depends on your dose. Prices do not change as your dose steps up. Labs, when required, are quoted separately on the same invoice.
Peptide therapy & NAD+
Recovery, sleep, and energy for bodies that take a beating. Peptides aren't approved for every use, and we'll tell you where the evidence is thin.

Prices are per vial or bottle. How long one lasts depends on your dose, and it can change if your dose changes — but the price per vial never does.
Your provider starts conservatively and adjusts as you tolerate it. NAD+ in particular can cause flushing, nausea or chest tightness if pushed too fast — that's why it's dosed slowly by design.
Several peptides here aren't FDA-approved for the uses patients commonly seek them for, and NAD+ evidence for energy or aging is still early. Your provider will tell you plainly where it's thin.
From assessment to first dose.
Ten minutes on your phone, labs where they're needed, a provider's decision, then pickup or delivery.
Ten minutes of health history, current medications, and what you've already tried. At the end you tell us which treatment you're requesting.
A licensed Arizona provider reviews your history and prescribes when it’s appropriate for you, explaining his thinking either way. Some products need labs first — your provider will tell you.
If approved, you receive one invoice covering the product and any required labs. No membership, no review fee, no charge before this point.
Your product is ordered once the invoice is paid.

Completing the assessment doesn't commit you to anything. If a provider decides treatment isn't right for you, you aren't charged.
